singular sensations

“There is the exquisite intimacy between mother and infant at the end of the night feed, when the baby is contented,on the edge of sleep, and you are there with it and with yourself.”

    • Jeanne,
The book exhaustingly explored the different states/types of silence. Sara Maitland visited and lived in several places to experienced silence. One interesting point: contemplatives seek silence to lose themselves and artists look for solitude to find themselves. There are many other things touched laterally in relation to silence.
      Enjoy the super moon.
