I’m reading the book, Powers of Two, Finding the Essence of Innovation in Creative Pairs by Joshua Wolf Shenk. He noted that the dynamics of creative pairs passed through 6 stages. I was particularly fascinated by IV: Distance. He wrote: “To thrive for the long term, pairs need more than closeness. They must also find an optimal distance from each other, carving out sufficient space in which to cultivate district ideas and experience in order to give a partnership an ongoing frisson.”
I’m taking an eCourse: Ignite Your Everyday Creativity through State University of New York. The book may be relevant with what I’m studying.
