Life

No one has any idea

about everyone else, about their lives, trauma,

or about the weight each one carries.

Each day the world, our world,

is filled with threats, opportunities, and promise. Each

one has to have the courage to make the first step.

One chooses a path.

One has to choose a path, a way.

One gets hurt, feels in love, unloved, happy, sad, confused,

or isolated, all day long.

One finds meaning in the path or way, one walks.

There are random sequences.

Sometimes one finds certainties or doubt.

Beauty and derailments are both realities.

One continues with the day, with life.

A bird flying, happy with her wings.

Living and how to live are two different things.

One has to know the difference.
